Terms and Conditions

Account Approval:

• Wholesalers must create an account to access our wholesale program.
• All accounts are subject to approval by Ma's Donuts. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any account at our discretion.

Ordering:

• Once approved, wholesalers may place bulk orders for most items on our menu at wholesale prices.
• Orders must meet our minimum order requirements, as specified by Ma's Donuts.
• Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM at the latest to guarantee delivery for the next day.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment:

• Wholesalers are required to pay their invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.
• A late fee of 1.5% will be charged for each month an invoice remains overdue.
• Failure to pay invoices may result in the cancellation of the wholesaler's account until all outstanding invoices are settled.

Account Cancellation:

• Ma's Donuts reserves the right to cancel a wholesaler's account for any reason we deem fit.
• Reasons for account cancellation may include but are not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, failure to pay invoices, or any other actions that may harm our business or reputation.

Delivery:

• Delivery is available to wholesalers who meet certain criteria, subject to an additional delivery fee.
• Criteria for delivery eligibility will be determined by Ma's Donuts.

Account Approval:

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the wholesaler and Ma's Donuts regarding the wholesale program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by Ma's Donuts at any time without prior notice.
• Wholesalers are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions for any changes.
